Induction
Our corporate induction programme is the first step and includes opportunites to meet other employees and the Executive team, visit Didcot Power Station and attend an induction day with interactive presentations, group activities and a chance to learn about ELEXON’s structure and roles.
Training
ELEXON offers a range of learning opportunities and our staff
survey shows that this benefit is highly valued. Courses range
from communication, facilitation and presentation skills to people
management, project management, and technical training in IT
