Meet the Experts
ELEXON employs people who are expert in the balancing and settlement arrangements
governed by the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC). In order to manage a programme
of continual development to deliver operational improvements or to react to changing
market conditions and issues, ELEXON also employ people with specialist skills in
fields such as metering, assurance, auditing, Central Volume Allocation and Supplier
Volume Allocation, Service Provider and Agent management, and communications.

Our team's mission is to deliver the BSC Obligations efficiently, accurately, to time, and with particular emphasis on understanding and meeting the needs of our customers when doing so.

We are happy to answer any questions that you have on these areas, you can raise questions through the ELEXON Helpdesk and they'll be assigned to the relevant team member.
Our team also supports Peter Davies, the Head of Service Delivery in managing and preparing Service Delivery's input to the ELEXON business planning and budgeting process and to ELEXON Reports, such as the ELEXON Quarterly Report.
