Procurement
The Commercial Management & Procurement Team help to achieve ELEXON’s mission to provide value for money for the electricity industry. The Team provide commercial and contractual support and guidance for BSC Agents and service providers, whilst also managing the delivery of procurements in accordance with our Strategic Sourcing Procedures.
ELEXON's commercial aims are to:

Current Procurements
Profile Administration Procurement
A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is now available to those companies wishing to pre-qualify for the Profile Administration Procurement. The PQQ is available from our procurement portal (
opens in new browser window). You will need an account and password to access the portal, available by contacting tender@elexon.co.uk. You are required to sign and return a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with your PQQ response (also available from the portal).
The Profile Administration Services gather and analyse data for ELEXON’s use in the profiling of non-half hourly usage in the electricity market in Great Britain. Profiling is undertaken so as to ensure that suppliers of energy are allocated a representative amount of energy consumed in each half hour by their consumers.
