Election of Industry Members to the BSC Panel
ELEXON facilitates the nomination, election and appointment of the Industry BSC
Panel Members.
The membership of the 2006-2008 BSC Panel came into effect from 1 October 2006
and will expire on 30 September 2008.

The next election of Industry Panel Members will start in June 2008 for the term
of office October 2008 – September 2010. BSC Parties will
be contacted beforehand with details.
Due to the resignation of an Industry Panel Member, there was a vacancy on the BSC
Panel and ELEXON facilitated the ad-hoc election for a replacement Panel Member,
as a result of which, Sebastian Eyre has been elected as an Industry Panel Member.
In accordance with the new provisions of BSC Annex B-2 1.3 which require ELEXON
to publish the results of the election in detail, the following votes were received
and allocated in each round:
