BSC Business Process Model
Our business process model (BPM) shows the organisations, business processes and
events that direct support the Balancing and Settlement Code. The link below will
open the model, in a new browser window. The best way to view the model is to set
your screen resolution to 1024 by 768 pixels.
If you have any problems using this model we can send you a version that you can
install locally. We’d send you the relevant HTML pages directly in a zipped format,
which you can load onto your own internal systems. If you’d like us to send you
