Summary
Upon the receipt by LDSO of the D0170 from the MOA the LDSO is required to provide the MOA with site technical Details via the D0215. This applies equally to both Half Hourly (HH) and Non-Half Hourly (NHH) markets. This requirement is detailed for the Distribution Business in BSCP515 in relation to new connections but is not detailed in relation to a Change of Measurement Class, for which Site Technical Details are also required.
