Summary
The proposal will amended BSCP06 by removing the obligation on the CDCA to carry out the sealing of CVA Metering Equipment. The changes will allow the MOA to initially seal, remove and replace seals and also remove the need for the CDCA to attend site where the MOA is required to conduct work on CVA Metering Systems.
