Summary
An Amendment Record (AR) is a record produced by Elexon following the approval of a CP that provides exact details of how a Configurable Item will be amended as a result of that CP. This is an internal Elexon process. The obligation to raise ARs is contained within BSCP40 Section 2. 2, though there are references to it elsewhere in the BSCP. Working practice within Elexon has identified that the raising of these ARs is a superfluous exercise and that they are not necessary.
