Summary
BSCP504(v5) 3. 4. 1 states the Supplier should send pre payment reads to NHHDC at least every 3 months. Readings are received more frequently. BSCP504 3. 2. 6. 11 states if a meter read is obtained in the SSD-5 and SSD+5 window, the new NHHDC should create a D0010 and a D0086. If not a CoS read taken. When a read for a pre payment meter is obtained outside the cycle, and there is a CoS within the timescale, this meter read could also be used as a CoS reading.
