CP1248 v2. 0 also recommends that the changes in BSCP514 are reflected in the PARMS system. CP1248 v2. 0 was presented to the SVG for decision on progression on 03 March 2009. The SVG approved CP1248 v2. 0 and it was implemented on 5 November 2009 as part of the November 09 Release
