Summary

The UMSEG identified that the rules in BSCP520 for calculating Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) for temporary supplies are not clear; in particular, they do not reference the splitting of an EAC by Average Fraction of Yearly Consumption (AFYC) or explain which Standard Settlement Configuration (SSC) the EAC should be attributed to.

CP1257 was raised on 27 August 2008. CP1257 has been issued for Participant Impact Assessment via CPC00642 on 05 September 2008. CP1257 was presented to the SVG for a decision on Progression. The SVG approved CP1257 for inclusion in the June 2009 Release. CP1257 was implemented on 25 June 2009 as part of the June 2009 Release.
