Summary
Elexon raised CP1278, which recommends that BSCP507 is modified, so that the processes and forms currently used to notify changes to Standing Data are only used upon a new Supplier’s entry into the market. CP1278 would redesign Form BSCP507/01A to show exactly which information is required at the start-up stage, and to allow all the information to be entered into a single form.

CP1278 was raised on 09 January 2009. CP1278 was issued for Industry Impact Assessment as part of CPC00651. Following Industry Impact Assessment via CPC00654, CP1278 was updated to version 2 on 03 April 2009 to retain the flexibility for Suppliers to submit Standing Data updates to the SVAA on an ad-hoc basis. CP1278 v2. 0 was issued for Industry Impact Assessment on 03 April 2009 as part of CPC00660. CP1278 v2. 0 was presented to the Performance Assurance Board on 28 May 2009, who endorsed the CP. CP1278 v2. 0 was presented to the ISG on 28 May and SVG on 02 June 2009 for decision on progression. Both the ISG & SVG approved the CP and was implemented on 5 November as part of the November 2009 Release.
