Summary
Currently default Line Loss Factors are applied on an equivalent day for day basis. However, it has been determined that applying this default rule could result in non-Working Day LLFs being applied on Working Days and vice versa. This would result in distribution losses being allocated less accurately. This CP proposes that to rectify this issue, the default LLFs should be applied on an equivalent Seasonal Time of Day (SToD) basis.

CP1370 was raised and issued for industry impact assessment via CPC00710 on 30 March 2012, with responses due back on 26 April 2012. CP1370 was approved by ISG at its meeting on 29 May 2012 and by SVG at its meeting on 6 June 2012 for inclusion in the June 2012 Release.
