Summary

BSC Supplier agents must be appointed to provide HH data for the profiling sample. Currently, a Supplier can use either the PrA nominated NHH agents or Supplier chosen agents, but not a combination of the two. This restriction may reduce the maximum sample size and adds complications for Suppliers with commercial arrangements in place to meet licence obligations. CP1380 seeks to remove this restriction and allow a Supplier to appoint a mixture of the PrA nominated and Supplier chosen NHH Agents should they choose.

Progression

CP1380 was raised and issued for industry impact assessment via CPC00718 on 31 August 2012, with responses due back on 27 September 2012.

CP1380 was presented to SVG on 30 October 2012, where the SVG approved CP1380 for implementation on 28 February 2013 as part of the February 2013 BSC release.
