Summary
Changes to BSCP514 and BSCP515 obligating Parties to communicate energisation status changes (and Meter readings if available) in a timely manner.
Progression
RWE npower raised CP1385 and Elexon issued it for industry impact assessment via CPC00721 on 30 November 2012, with responses due back on 20 December 2012.
Elexon presented CP1385 on 5 February 2013 to the SVG, along with CP1384. We presented the two together as they both impact the same BSCPs (BSCP514 & BSCP515) and in some cases the same sections of these BSCPs, so it was therefore necessary for the SVG to consider the redlining overlaps, and agree the combined BSCP wording once it approved both CPs. The SVG approved the change for implementation.
