Summary
Enhancements have been approved by the MRA Executive Committee to the Electricity Central Online Enquiry Service (ECOES) to facilitate the optional sending of the D0312 ‘Notification of Meter Information to ECOES’ flow on a change of Supplier or Agent. These enhancements are due to go live as part of the February 2015 Release. Consequential changes to BSCP514 are required to facilitate this change.

CP1419 was raised by Elexon on 20 August 2014, and has been issued for CP Consultation. The SVG approved CP1419 on 4 November 2014 for implementation on 26 February 2015 as part of the February 2015 BSC Systems Release.
