Summary

CP1424 proposes that, rather than refreshes being performed for all agents and all SMRAs at regular intervals, indicators of material Settlement errors will be the trigger instead. The new approach will be similar to the conditional application of the DF process for erroneously large EAC/AA disputes, where refreshes will be mandated only where the level of error in a particular GSP Group or SMRA area is considered to be excessive.

Progression

CP1424 was raised on 14 November 2014. CP1424 was presented to the SVG as part of the New CP Assessment paper on 2 December 2014 and was issued for CP Consultation on 8 December 2014, with responses due back by 9 January 2015. CP1424 was approved by the SVG at its meeting on 3 February 2015 and implemented on 25 June 2015 as part of the June 2015 Release.
