Change Proposal Circulars
Any important information regarding the CP Change Process, such as an Impact Assessment, is issued via a Change Proposal Circular (CPC). CPCs are issued to all BSC Change Administrators (BCAs) and Party Agent Change Administrators (PACA). If you would like to register a BCA or PACA for your organisation please follow the link below to the relevant BCA and PACA registration form.
When registering a BCA or PACA, it is useful to provide a generic email address that is accessible by a number of people within your organisation as well as the named BCA or PACA. This will allow details of change and consultations to be accessed by your organisation in situations when the BCA or PACA is unavailable.

Change Proposal Circular Batching Timetable
Change Proposals (CPs) and Draft Change Proposals (DCPs) are issued for participant Impact Assessment in Change Proposal Circular (CPC) batches at pre-agreed times during the year. The Change Proposal Circular batching timetable is available for download below.

Participant Impact Matrix
The Participant Impact Matrix will allow participants to track the progress of CP and DCPs that impact their organisation through the Change Process. The impact matrix is an amalgamation of the expected impacts for each individual CP detailed in CP impact assessment Change Proposal Circulars. The Participant Impact Matrix can also be used to cross refer to the Release Plan to identify any relevant changes in future releases.
