Issues

Where a Party feels they have encountered a problem, but are unsure of if or how to progress a potential change, it may present an issue to the Panel Committees in order to seek guidance.

The Panel Committees then advises on any possible solution to the concern and how best to resolve the problem, for example, raise a Draft CP for discussion by a Working Group.

issues do not replace Standing Issues, which normally focus on Code matters. An issue can be raised regarding any part of the Code Subsidiary Documents or their related systems.
