Change Proposals

A Change Proposal (CP) is a proposal to amend a Code Subsidiary Document, a Configurable Item or an associated product. CPs must have a single, fully defined solution and associated redlined text for all Category 1 Configurable Items.

Category 1 Configurable Items include:

• Balancing and Settlement Code Procedures (BSCPs);
• Party Service Lines (PSLs);
• Codes of Practice (CoPs);
• Business Definition Documents (BDDs encompassing Data catalogues, the Reporting Catalogue and the Communications Requirements Document);
• Interface Design Documents (IDDs); and
• Descriptions of physical interfaces in Settlement Software Documents.
