Amended Code Subsidiary Documents
Download the draft versions of the Code Subsidiary Documents amended for P207 from
the table below. These documents and document change records are approved. All changes
will become effective on 26 November 2008.

All document change records for Category 1 CSDs will be incorporated in the conformed
versions of the relevant documents by 12 September, in the baseline versions of
the relevant documents following the November 08 Release (6 November).
All information currently in BSCP534 has been incorporated into the P207 versions
of BSCP533 and BSCP538. The title of the P207 version of BSCP533 is "PARMS Data
Provision, Reporting and Publication of Peer Comparison Data".
BSCP538 ‘Error and Failure Resolution’
Download the final version of the new BSCP538 ‘Error and Failure Resolution’ from the table below. This document was endorsed by the PAB, recommended by the ISG and SVG, and was approved by the BSC Panel on 11 September.
