(i) a Party (other than BSCCo) is required to pay the relevant Specified BSC Charges in accordance with Section D, (ii) any other person (other than the Authority) shall be required to make payments as provided in paragraph 2.3.4(a); has the meaning given to that term in Section V2.3;
