For the purposes of The Code, each of the following shall be an Invitee: (a) the Panel and any Panel Committee acting through any reasonably nominated employee, agent or contractor of BSCCo; (b) BSCCo acting through any reasonably nominated employee, agent or contractor; (c) the TAA and the CDCA, acting through any reasonably nominated employee, agent or contractor; (D) the BSC Auditor acting through any partner or employee; (e) the Transmission Company, acting through any reasonably nominated employee, agent or contractor. has the meaning given to that term in Section L6.2;
