This paragraph shall apply to any area owned or occupied by any Party, Customer, Third Party Generator or Third Party which is the holder of or is subject to a licence granted under the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 (in this paragraph 6.7, a “Nuclear Site Licence”) or is subject to restrictions in relation to a Nuclear Site Licence, where such area is subject to that Nuclear Site Licence; has the meaning given to that term in Section L6.7.1;
