Glossary Term: Party Agent
A person appointed by a Party for the purposes of carrying out BSC functions or performing obligations.
BSC defined definition
Means a person (which may include the Party itself) appointed or to be appointed by a Party for the purposes of carrying out functions or performing obligations (of or on behalf of that Party) which under The Code are required to be or may only be carried out or performed by such an agent.
