Glossary Term: Withdrawal Date
The Withdrawal Notice shall specify the time and date, being not less than 28 days after the date of the Withdrawal Notice, with effect from which the Withdrawing Party wishes to withdraw from The Code and cease to be a party to the Framework Agreement; has the meaning given to that term in Section A5.1.1;
