The Balancing and Settlement Code is governed by the BSC Panel and a number of committees and industry groups. They meet regularly to fulfil the duties of the BSC and discuss issues arising from day to day operations.

Where a Party feels they have encountered a problem with one or more of the Code Subsidiary Documents, but are unsure of if or how to progress a potential change, it may present an issue to the relevant Panel Committee to seek guidance.
