In accordance with Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC)
sections M and V and approved Change Proposal 703: Credit
Default Process, the obligation to publish Active Credit
Default Notices has transferred from BSCCo to the Energy
Contract Volume Aggregation Agent (ECVAA).
To view Active Credit Default notices published on or after
the 24 July 2003, please refer to the Balancing Mechanism
Reporting Service (BMRS) – www.bmreports.com
Note: if a Participant has raised a dispute regarding a Level 1 or Level 2 Credit Default statement, and this dispute is upheld, then details will be published in the ‘Upheld Disputes’ section below.
