Small Scale Third Party Generating Plant Limit (SSTPGPL)
In accordance with
BSC section L1.5(73Kb)
the BSC Panel has determined (and the Authority has agreed) that the SSTPGPL is
to be set to a maximum total Generation capacity of 30 kW, with effect from 15 November
2004.
Bulk Change of Non-Half Hourly Supplier Agent
In accordance with
BSC section J 4.2.5(82Kb)
the BSC Panel has determined a threshold of 20,000 Metering Systems, that with effect
from 17 February 2003, where:
A Supplier proposes to carry out, on any day, the replacement of any Supplier Agent(s)
appointed in relation to Non Half Hourly Metering Systems (an "agent replacement"),
that the number of Non Half Hourly Metering Systems subject to the proposed agent
replacement in any one SMRS, exceeding this threshold, the provisions within paragraph
J 4.2.7 apply.
