BSC Reports Available to Non-BSC Parties
In accordance with Approved Modification Proposal P114
(P114) the reports described in the table below are available
to any person on request.

In order to obtain the reports, persons must enter into a
licensing agreement with ELEXON and subsequently elect one of
the following methods of receiving data:
- Obtain the data directly from BSCCo Systems
- Make arrangements to obtain the data via a licensed third
party (BSC Party or non-BSC Party)
Upon entering into a licensing agreement, non-BSC Parties
will be required to pay an annual fee, in advance, of
£3,000. This fee is set by the BSC Panel and reviewed
annually.
