Transition Period Forecast GB Data
Following the implementation of Proposed Transitional Modification (PTM) 002,
forecast data is published on the BSC (ELEXON) website, on a GB wide basis, for
an interim period, and up to the BETTA Effective Date. Output Usable and
Generating Plant Demand Data for England and Wales continues to be published in
the Physical Data section
of the website.
GB Wide Forecast Data
To view forecast data on a GB-wide basis please select a file type from the drop
down menu below. For forecasts provided after the BETTA Effective Date, please
refer to www.bmreports.com. Because
of the modified publication timings for these files not all file types will be available initially.
Please note that during the transition to Go Live the forecast data for 1 year
and 2 years ahead will not be published as planned. This is because NGT has
informed ELEXON that there is a lack of available data.
To view a System Zone Map, refer to the publish date/time in the file upon
download and select the map, in PDF format, effective for this date from the
table below.

Historical National Half-Hourly GBSO Demand Data
These are the files referred to in NGT's March 2005 email to NGT Operational
Forum attendees, which said:
Following various requests to NGT at it's Operational Forum from Market
Participants to have access to historical National half-hourly GBSO Demand
data, ELEXON has also agreed to host this data on its website. For further
