P221 was raised by the BSC Panel in accordance with their obligation to do so under Section G1.5.3 of the BSC, in response to the publication of the revised Fuel Security code.
Progression
BSC Panel’s recommendation is that the Proposed Modification should be made. The Authority approved the Proposed Modification on 22 February 2008. P221 was implemented on 25 February 2008 as a stand alone release.
