Summary
P228 would remove the current amounts/rates levied for the Dataline Monthly Charge, TIBCO Set-up Charge and TIBCO Software Support Charge from the Code as these will be revised from 01 April 2009. To enable flexibility, and remove confusion of potentially out of date charges, these High Grade Service charges would be replaced with references to a charging schedule which Elexon will be required to publish on the BSC Website.

P228 was raised by the BSC Panel as a ‘housekeeping’ Modification on 13 November 2008. It was approved by Ofgem on 22 January 2009, and was implemented on 1 April 2009
