Summary
This Modification proposes minor changes to BSC Sections Q and V to ensure the implementation of the P291 legal text on 31 December 2014 will not impact the approved P295 solution, which will be implemented on 16 December 2014.
Progression
Elexon requested that the Panel raise this Modification as its meeting on 14 August 2014.
The Panel agreed that this Modification should be raised as P311 and approved it as a Fast Track Self-Governance Modification. The industry have the opportunity to object to the implementation of this Modification. The objection window for P311 will close on Friday 5 September 2014. No objections have been raised, P311 was implemented on 31 December 2014
