Qualified Persons

Under the BSC, all Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) Parties, SVA Party Agents and Central Volume Allocation (CVA) Meter Operators are required to be Qualified in accordance with  section J (82Kb) and  BSCP537 (143Kb) . A list of Qualified Persons is provided below.

ELEXON provides detailed operational support to Qualified Persons through the function of Operational Support Managers (OSMs). Visit the OSM section of the site for further information or refer to the spreadsheet below for contact details.

Please note that the allocation of OSMs is not an automatic process and therefore some Qualified Persons in the table above may not yet have an OSM. When a Party has completed the Registration process they should  complete an allocation form (181Kb) and contact market.entry@elexon.co.uk if they wish to have an OSM allocated.
