Industry Helpdesks
There are a number of Helpdesks providing added-value support to market participants
and interested parties within the electricity industry. This section aims to provide
you with information, support and guidance to help you navigate these Helpdesks
and understand the processes of each.
The Helpdesk links in the menu to the left of the page contain further information
regarding the ELEXON, FAA (Funds Administration Agent) , NETA (New Electricity Trading
Arrangements), SVAA (Supplier Volume Allocation Agent), Ofgem, Gemserv and Electralink
Helpdesks along with contact details.
