Gemserv Helpdesk
The MRA is a multi-party agreement that Suppliers and
Distribution Business enter into that governs the essential
registration processes for metering points, and interaction
between them and industry data transfer specifications and
standards under the fully competitive retail market.
Our Helpdesk handles any enquiries regarding the retail
baseline and specialises in all aspects of the MRA and
associated documents (DTC, WPPS, MAPs & E2E’s),
including areas such as Change Control, Issues Resolution,
Administration (web site queries) Accession and Entry
Testing.

Timescales
The Helpdesk provides an indicative answer or explanation
within 3 Working Days, which may include rejecting the
potential issue where the issue is known to Gemserv as having
previously been considered and rejected, or is out of scope for
the MRASCo Products, in which case an answer shall be provided
within 24 hours.
