When you call 0800 085 4806 - you will be presented with 3 options:
If you are a shipper select Option 1 (this is gas only)
If you require an update on an existing call select Option 2 (electricity
/ gas)
If you wish to log a new call select Option 3 (electricity / gas)
Overseas callers should use +44 1246 524081 (Option 2) to contact the Service
Centre.
