Gemserv Helpdesk

The MRA is a multi-party agreement that Suppliers and Distribution Business enter into that governs the registration processes for metering points, and the interaction between them and industry data transfer specifications and standards.

The Gemserv Helpdesk handles any queries on the retail baseline and the MRA and associated documents (DTC, WPPS, MAPs & E2E’s), including areas such as Change Control, Issues Resolution, Administration (website queries) Accession and Entry Testing.
