Hold Harmless Letters
In accordance with the BSC Audit Services contract, Qualified Supplier Agents (who are not Parties to the BSC) and auditors to BSC Parties are required to sign a Hold Harmless Letter before receiving BSC Audit documentation. These letters will cover the entire Audit Services contract duration (five years) and will enable participants to receive future Audit Issue Documents and attend oral presentations given by the BSC Auditor. The Hold Harmless letter will be sent from PricewaterhouseCoopers (the BSC Auditor) and will need to be signed by a director of the company it applies to. A

A new Audit Services contract came into effect on 1 October 2007, therefore all Qualified Supplier Agents are required to sign a new Hold Harmless Letter. Please send through the following information to matthew.wood@elexon.co.uk so that these letters are sent in time for dispatch of the current Audit Issue Documents in June 2008.
