Core Working Group (CWG)

A Core Working Group (CWG) comprising industry experts was established to lead the Performance Assurance Framework (PAF) Review, investigate issues, and make proposals. The membership of the CWG for the review was approved by the BSC Panel.

Internal Project Team

Supporting the CWG was an internal project team to:

• Generate ideas for the CWG to consider;
• Gather information and data for the CWG;
• Analyse data and assess the implications of CWG concepts and ideas;
• Communicate the PAF Review progress to stakeholders.

The internal project team was responsible for the delivery of specific work under the review and called on knowledge, experience and resources from across ELEXON to complete the work.
