Dr Phil Hare is an Independent Panel Member.
Phil has over thirty years’ experience in the energy industry with long international careers at Powergen/EON and Pöyry (now AFRY) Management Consulting. He set up Michaelchurch Consulting in 2018 to advise new entrants to the industry and work with developers of new low carbon projects.
