Moira Siddons

Moira is a non-executive director of a mutual life assurance company and chairman of its audit committee. She is also an executive coach to a number of directors and senior managers. She spent the major part of her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was a partner, being part of the management of the firm’s HR consulting business.

Initially, she qualified and practised as a chartered accountant, subsequently moving to consulting where she specialised in the issues of corporate governance, boardroom pay and board effectiveness. Moira has lectured extensively on these subjects, in Europe and Asia, and written articles that have been published over the years in most of the mainstream HR press.
