Phil Baker

Philip joined the panel in 2010, following a long career in the electricity supply industry and government, starting with Manweb then moving on to the CEGB, National Grid and finally the DTI/BERR. Philip is currently a Research Fellow with UKERC/Exeter University.

Philip has a Master’s degree In Electrical Power Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester, is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
