Richard Hall is a Principal Policy Advocate at Consumer Focus. He specialises on market structure issues with a particular focus on the regulated industry agreements. He has been working on energy policy since 2002, first for ELEXON and then for Ofgem. Before this he worked on expatriate tax and immigration issues for Ernst & Young LLP.
