Release Implementation
The Implementation Date for the February 2011 Release is Thursday 24 February 2011. All Configurable Items amended for the Release will become effective on this date.
Scope of the Release
Two Change Proposals and no Modifications have been approved for inclusion in the February 2011 Release. No BSC Central Services systems or Party Agent systems are impacted by the Release.

CP1335 ‘Mandating use of Auxiliary Meter Technical Details Data flow’ is no longer included in the scope of the February 2011 Release. On 17 January, the SVG and ISG agreed (by correspondence) that CP1335 should instead be implemented on 3 November 2011, as part of the November 2011 Release.
This aligns the implementation of CP1335 with a related DTC CP which was deferred by the MRASCo Development Board on 5 January.

Business Requirements Solution
There is no Business Requirements Solution (BRS) document for the February 2011 Release, as the redlined changes required to deliver each approved Change Proposal have been approved and are available from the Amended Configurable Items section below.
Impact Matrix
The Impact Matrix lists all Code Subsidiary Documents and Configurable Items which are impacted by the Release and all CPs in the Release and shows which CP(s) impact them.
