Release Implementation
The Implementation Date for the November 11 Release is Thursday 3 November 2011. All Configurable Items amended for the Release, including software systems and Code Subsidiary Documents, will become effective on this date.
Scope of the Release
The November 11 Release currently includes one Approved Modification and five approved Change Proposals.
This includes changes to the Pool Application software for CP1325 and changes to the SVA Data catalogue Volume 1 for CP1325 and CP1334. CP1325 removed obsolete PARMS Serials in the November 10 Release and CP1334 delivered some new PARMS serials and rendered other PARMS Serials obsolete in the June 11 Release. These changes to the Pool Application and the SVA Data Catalogue relate to the obsolete PARMS Serials, as a run-off period was required after the implementation of these changes before they could be fully removed. CP1348 reduced the required run-off period for the PARMS Serials rendered obsolete in the June 11 Release.
We’re also developing the software solution to CP1347 during this release, to save costs by using the existing test environment, but they won’t become effective until 23 February 2012. We’ll provide test files to LDSOs, for use in their testing, later this year.
In addition, the Release includes a small change to the BMRA Website, to provide more accurate Indicative Triad Demand data on the Market View page. This change does not require a Change Proposal. It is listed in the table below as a Service Improvement.

NHHDA Upgrade Scripts and test files
NHHDA Upgrade Script
This script inserts the II Run into the NHHDA database.
Download the upgrade and backout scripts and instructions.
This script should be:
- tested by running it against a test instance of NHHDA in a test environment, using the test data provided below; and then
- deployed to live by running it against the live NHHDA system prior to the MDD Publish on 12 October 2011. If this is not done, the D0286 issued on 12 October will be rejected.
HHDA Upgrade
Each HHDA will need to create their own script to insert the II Run into their system’s database.
Data Aggregator Test Files
Download test files for each Data Aggregator in a zip file.
There is no issue with commercial confidentiality, as the test data is the same for each DA, and is not actual production data.
