Elexon collects awards as an inspiring place to work
Elexon recently attended the Inspiring Workplaces Awards and were named one of the top 50 inspiring workplace companies in the UK and Ireland.
The Inspiring Workplaces awards recognise companies that have created great places to work by putting people first. The awards were judged by an independent panel of experts who critically assessed all aspects of the workplace including Purpose and Culture, Leadership, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Employee Voice and Employee Experience.

We were named one of the top 50 inspiring workplace companies in the UK and Ireland for 2025. We also received three special recognitions for ‘best in class’ for Inclusion, Employee Voice and Employee Experience.
