Board Directors – re-appointment and re-election

BSC Parties voted whether to approve the appointment or re-appointment of Board Directors in their last year, and whether to re-elect all other Board directors at the virtual Annual BSC Meeting on 10 September.

Voting details

There were 17 authorised signatories of BSC Parties present at the Annual BSC Meeting, including via proxies, who collectively held 4053 votes (46.4% of the total number) determined in accordance with rules set out in Section C of the Code. The Code requires 10 BSC Parties to be present holding 30% of the vote in order for the meeting to be quorate.
