Request for feedback on Newscast

We have been making changes to the layout and content on Newscast, which is our weekly newsletter that features key information about the industry and BSC activities.

To make it easier for Parties to find the information and actions that relate to them, we have made a number of changes.

These changes include: 

• Making stories shorter with links to additional content on the website
• Making the focus of the articles clearer 
• Less repetition of previous content 

We are making these changes in response to feedback to the customer survey 2021, which included requests for us to make the content easier to read. 

Have your say on Newscast 

We want to be sure that Parties have an opportunity to tell us what they think about changes we are making to Newscast, or about the usefulness of the newsletter as a whole.

We have now added permanent button called ‘Tell us what you think’ in the footer of the Newsletter that takes Parties to a feedback from on the BSC website.
